Where the Dunes Begin, So Does Your Stay
Our camp sits inside the Erg Chebbi dunes, a short camel ride from the village of Merzouga. From there, the sand rises around you and the noise of the road fades away.
We built this camp for travelers who love the desert but do not want to give up comfort. Each tent has a proper bed, fresh linen, a private bathroom, and electricity. Outside, the Sahara does the rest.
Our family has welcomed guests in this region for many years. We know the dunes, the sky, and the small details that turn one night in the desert into the highlight of a trip to Morocco.

Nomad Family Excursion
Visit a nomad family living around Erg Chebbi. Share tea in their tent, see how bread is baked in the sand, and hear how life moves with the seasons.
Quad Biking
Ride a quad over the open sand with a guide leading the way. A short lesson and helmet are included, so beginners are welcome too.
Motorbike Desert Tour
For experienced riders. Take a dirt bike across the sand tracks around Erg Chebbi with a local rider who knows every dune and trail.
Sunset Camel Ride
Included with every stay. Our caravan carries you from Merzouga into the dunes as the light turns gold and the camp comes into view.
Sandboarding
Free at the camp. Climb the dune behind your tent, slide down, and climb again. Easy to learn and fun for every age.
4x4 Dune Tour
A driver takes you around Erg Chebbi to the village of Khamlia, its Gnawa music, old mines, and the wide black desert beyond the sand.
